Built-in refrigerators are worth repairing
A Sub-Zero or Monogram built-in costs many thousands of dollars to replace, and the cabinetry around it was made to fit that exact unit. When one of these stops cooling, the cause is very often a fan, a defrost part, a control board or a dirty condenser. When it really is the sealed system, a compressor or a leak, the repair is still usually a fraction of the replacement cost.

The owner. We are a family-owned business, and the owner personally handles every repair. He is EPA 608 certified, so compressor and refrigerant work never gets passed to someone else.
